  • Who is LUKIVA made for?

    LUKIVA is made for service providers, agencies, consultancies, planning and engineering offices, freelancer teams, and project-based companies. If your business mainly depends on inventory management, manufacturing, or warehousing, other systems will be a better fit.

  • Which modules are available?

    Currently, LUKIVA offers Core, CRM, Invoices & Offers, and Todo. We are continually developing new modules and adding features to existing ones, so the range may change.

  • Can I start with one module and add more later?

    Yes. Choose the modules you need, add more whenever you want, and remove those you no longer use. This lets you tailor LUKIVA to your business.

  • Where is my data stored?

    Your data is stored and processed in Germany in compliance with the GDPR.

  • How does the pilot phase work?

    The pilot model has two stages: Until 31 December 2026, we continue developing LUKIVA with you. You can share your ideas and pay €20 per month for your company, all users and all modules. After that, all modules remain €20 per month for your company and one company user for at least one more year. From 2027, additional users need separate licenses for the modules they use.

  • What is included in a module?

    Each module generally includes all of its features, including future additions. We do not have separate Basic or Premium tiers. Individual features may have usage limits or separately available extra capacity; we will state the applicable terms in advance.

  • Is LUKIVA available on-premises?

    We do not currently offer a standard on-premises version. If you would like to run LUKIVA on your own infrastructure, please contact us. We can review your requirements and prepare a custom offer if suitable.
